Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, build, deploy, and continuously improve production-ready AI agents and automation solutions using Anthropic Claude and related agentic AI technologies.
- Develop reusable Claude Skills, agent-based automation workflows, Python automation, APIs, asynchronous workflows, data-processing pipelines, and tested software components.
- Integrate AI solutions with tools, databases, APIs, enterprise platforms, workflow orchestration environments, and secure Model Context Protocol connections.
- Translate ambiguous business problems into technical requirements, solution designs, measurable outcomes, and maintainable implementation plans.
- Implement evaluation frameworks, monitoring, AI safety controls, security considerations, and production governance for AI-powered systems.
- Partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, and human decision-makers while providing technical leadership across AI architecture, workflow automation, and enterprise integration.
- Measure solution performance and operational impact and complete mandatory training and scheduled one-on-one meetings.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Python, APIs, asynchronous programming, testing, and modern software engineering practices.
- Practical experience developing LLM-powered applications, AI agents, or agentic workflows.
- Working knowledge of Anthropic Claude models, Claude APIs, tool use, and structured output patterns.
- Experience integrating applications with databases, external services, APIs, and enterprise platforms.
- Proficiency with SQL, JSON, YAML, Git, and data-processing libraries.
- Familiarity with MCP architecture and secure tool integration, plus evaluation frameworks, AI safety, security, monitoring, and production deployment practices.
- Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into maintainable, reliable technical solutions and demonstrate practical delivery through working agents, reusable skills, secure MCP integrations, Python automation, and evidence-based evaluation.
- Preferred qualifications include production experience with Claude Code, Claude Agent SDK, custom MCP servers, multi-agent orchestration, FastAPI, Pydantic, pandas, pytest, Docker, Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Microsoft 365, cloud infrastructure, n8n, Airflow, retrieval-augmented generation, vector databases, semantic search, knowledge engineering, and automation ROI measurement.
