Responsibilities
- Build and run platform infrastructure, including continuous integration and deployment, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure.
- Operate high-availability systems involving PostgreSQL, networking, Linux, logging, tracing, and monitoring.
- Build reliable continuous delivery systems and scalable Kubernetes environments.
- Write maintainable infrastructure as code and design and operate reliable storage systems.
- Improve developer experience through automation and own infrastructure end to end.
- Work directly with founders and customers.
Requirements
- Experience building reliable continuous delivery systems.
- Experience operating scalable Kubernetes environments.
- Ability to write maintainable infrastructure as code.
- Understanding of networking, security, and observability.
- Experience designing and operating reliable storage systems.
- Interest in improving developer experience and automation.
- Nice-to-have experience with Helm, Terraform or OpenTofu, AWS, GitHub Actions, PostgreSQL, S3, backups, replication, disaster recovery, Grafana, Prometheus, and OpenTelemetry.
- Experience with on-premise or hybrid-cloud deployments is a plus.
