Base Salary
$149k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement high-quality software solutions.
- Work directly with risk managers to enhance automated risk management platforms.
- Participate in technical discussions and design solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and assist in their development.
- Write simple, extendable, and thoroughly tested code.
- Balance customer requirements with team needs.
- Track and mitigate security risks in a timely manner.
- Contribute to operational excellence by identifying and solving problems.
- Participate in code reviews and team planning sessions.
- Estimate tasks accurately and deliver on time.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
- Proficient in C# and modern OOP languages.
- Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Experience with GitOps patterns and CI/CD pipeline tooling.
- Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure and AWS technologies.
- Knowledge of infrastructure as code tools like Terraform and Helm is a plus.
- Experience with relational databases and streaming technologies.
- Ability to document code and designs clearly.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
