Responsibilities

Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering industry experience.
- Experience with object-oriented programming and distributed systems.
- Ability to write clear, scalable design documentation.
- Experience in designing, building, and improving team-owned components.
- Strong mentoring skills to guide other engineers.
- Proven ability to improve team processes and create guidance.
