Responsibilities
- Develop next-generation Asset Performance Management software and support current commercial offerings.
- Implement full-stack software across web pages, services, server components, and databases.
- Contribute to scalable, performant, service-based architecture and advanced alert root cause analysis capabilities.
- Collaborate with developers, product management, and Quality Engineering on feature and functional testing.
- Explore frameworks and technologies, develop proofs of concept, and support new ideas.
- Follow software development processes including requirements definition, feature implementation, defect processing, source code control, and unit testing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of relevant technical experience.
- At least one year of experience integrating APIs, services, microservices, and web applications.
- Full-stack development experience with .NET Core, .NET Framework, and C# preferred.
- Experience with server-side technologies, object-oriented programming, client-side web applications, and databases such as SQL Server.
- Experience with JavaScript and TypeScript; Angular, React, and Node.js experience is a plus.
- Experience building on-premise applications and writing unit and integration tests.
- Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous delivery, test-driven development, static code analysis, and xUnit tools.
- English fluency, interpersonal communication and presentation skills, independent problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn front-end technologies.
