Responsibilities
- Design and maintain automated testing frameworks.
- Develop automated test scripts for web and desktop applications using TestComplete and related automation tools.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Maintain reusable test utilities and libraries.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to ensure product quality across the SDLC.
- Track test execution and automation coverage.
- Generate test reports and provide release-readiness feedback.
- Monitor automation stability and reduce flaky tests.
- Continuously improve testing processes and automation coverage.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience; B.E., B.Tech, MCS, or MCA in Computer Science are listed qualifications.
- 7–8 years of QA automation and manual testing experience.
- Experience with TestComplete is required.
- Experience with Selenium is a strong plus.
- Willingness to work from the Pune office.
