Base Salary
$70k - $119k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop agentic AI applications using Python and related programming languages.
- Design, build, and deploy secure, production-grade GenAI and agentic AI solutions.
- Own the full delivery lifecycle from development through production rollout.
- Build reusable, efficient, scalable AI solutions and recommend cost-effective implementation strategies.
- Build AI pipelines and integrate with Databricks and AWS services including S3, EC2, API Gateway, Bedrock, and Lambda.
- Evaluate application infrastructure and identify modernization, optimization, and performance opportunities.
- Research and apply new tools and techniques, recommend improvements, and mentor team members when needed.
- Collaborate with distributed business and technology teams under established application development, data engineering, performance, and security standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education and work experience.
- Approximately 3+ years of overall experience, including 2+ years as a GenAI or agentic AI engineer using cloud technologies.
- Strong Python expertise and hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Pydantic, Strands, and CrewAI.
- Experience building GenAI and agentic AI applications using large language models.
- Understanding of GenAI architecture and components including RAG, vector databases, model selection, model evaluation, and guardrails.
- Familiarity with Databricks architecture and AWS services such as Bedrock, EC2, and PostgreSQL-based platforms.
- Hands-on knowledge of database architecture, artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, and big data.
- Experience with Databricks and Apache Airflow is preferred.
- Knowledge of machine learning concepts and frameworks is preferred.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for cloud-based deployments is preferred.
- AWS or Databricks certifications and financial services or compliance experience are preferred.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, communication, adaptability, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
