Responsibilities
- Develop clean, scalable, and maintainable software that integrates AI/ML models into technology governance workflow automation.
- Leverage enterprise AI frameworks, including MCP and RAG solutions, to deliver and maintain AI-driven workflows.
- Integrate non-deterministic AI capabilities with Appian-based deterministic workflow orchestration and implement application design guardrails.
- Conduct testing, performance tuning, and optimization for AI solution speed, accuracy, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to understand business needs and propose AI solutions.
- Make architectural recommendations and use data to support decisions while driving accountability for business and regulatory commitments.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related technical field with a focus on AI-driven solutions.
- 3–5+ years of AI development experience.
- Proficiency in Java and Python.
- Understanding of AI architecture capabilities including RAG and MCP.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Jext.
- Exposure to LLMs, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, and vector databases such as Pinecone, Chroma, or Milvus.
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, and software design patterns.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience writing complex SQL queries and working with relational or NoSQL databases.
- Ability to communicate, collaborate cross-functionally, influence stakeholders, and make clear architectural recommendations.
