Base Salary

$70k - $119k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Develop clean, scalable, and maintainable software that integrates AI/ML models into technology governance workflow automation.
  • Leverage enterprise AI frameworks, including MCP and RAG solutions, to deliver and maintain AI-driven workflows.
  • Integrate non-deterministic AI capabilities with Appian-based deterministic workflow orchestration and implement application design guardrails.
  • Conduct testing, performance tuning, and optimization for AI solution speed, accuracy, and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to understand business needs and propose AI solutions.
  • Make architectural recommendations and use data to support decisions while driving accountability for business and regulatory commitments.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related technical field with a focus on AI-driven solutions.
  • 3–5+ years of AI development experience.
  • Proficiency in Java and Python.
  • Understanding of AI architecture capabilities including RAG and MCP.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Jext.
  • Exposure to LLMs, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, and vector databases such as Pinecone, Chroma, or Milvus.
  • Understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, and software design patterns.
  • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience writing complex SQL queries and working with relational or NoSQL databases.
  • Ability to communicate, collaborate cross-functionally, influence stakeholders, and make clear architectural recommendations.
