Senior AI Infrastructure Platform Engineer, Assistant Vice President

Responsibilities
- Lead GenAI and agentic AI development projects through system architecture, design, and hands-on full-stack development.
- Design and deploy cloud-native AI applications and self-service technology platforms across AWS and Azure.
- Create MVPs to assess feasibility and advance automation, AI, and ML strategies.
- Partner with business, IT, infrastructure, enterprise architecture, data science, software engineering, and QA teams.
- Develop solution designs, development artifacts, JIRA stories, and materials supporting future-state execution.
- Ensure ownership of standard work products, version control, model lifecycle activities, quality control, and risk management.
- Support project management activities, sprint coordination, enterprise architecture reviews, and large-scale implementations.
Requirements
- Hands-on expertise with Python, FastAPI, Unix, Docker, Postgres, LangChain, LangGraph, Kubernetes, Databricks, API Management, AWS, and Azure.
- Experience designing and deploying applications using Azure Foundry, OpenAI, Document Intelligence, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, AWS Bedrock, AWS SageMaker, AWS Agent Core, AWS Step Functions, AWS Lambda, and Amazon EKS.
- Experience developing GenAI and agentic AI solutions, including model fine-tuning, model selection, model evaluation, and inference.
- Experience with API development for interoperable cloud solutions and enterprise-scale platforms.
- Experience with development tools including Git, Maven, and Harness.
- At least 5 years of experience in technology development or consulting on large-scale implementations, preferably in consulting or financial services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Cloud, AI, or ML certification is preferred.
