Responsibilities
- Design, build, deploy, and scale production-grade AI systems for internal operations and Mirakl products.
- Develop LLM, RAG, AI Agent, multimodal AI, and evaluation solutions, including complex agentic workflows.
- Integrate AI systems with internal platforms, business applications, APIs, tools, retrieval systems, and data sources.
- Implement evaluation frameworks, guardrails, validation layers, observability, monitoring, security, governance, and access controls.
- Partner with business teams, Product Managers, Engineers, and end users to identify opportunities, run pilots, measure impact, and improve AI systems.
- Drive adoption of AI-powered workflows and contribute to reusable engineering frameworks, standards, and best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, ML Engineering, Applied AI, or related fields.
- Strong Python and software engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience building production AI systems using LLMs, RAG, and AI Agents.
- Experience designing multi-step agentic workflows and retrieval systems.
- Experience evaluating AI systems and improving model performance.
- Experience deploying and operating production services in cloud environments.
- Strong English communication skills, curiosity, pragmatism, and passion for building AI products.
Benefits
- Permanent CDI position based in Paris or Bordeaux.
- Four days on-site per week.
- Annual gross salary range of €65,000–€85,000.
