Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for multidisciplinary teams delivering small to medium client projects.
- Support advisory engagements and larger programmes of work alongside a Principal Architect.
- Design and govern solutions using appropriate architectural patterns and techniques.
- Apply solution, application, data, or cloud architecture across the full software development lifecycle.
- Build trust and communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
- Contribute to the architecture community of practice and thought leadership through blogs and white papers.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in technical and/or solution architecture across the full software development lifecycle.
- Practical experience with solution, application, data, or cloud architecture, ideally developing bespoke software solutions.
- Ability to select and apply architectural patterns and techniques while balancing requirements.
- Experience providing technical leadership to multidisciplinary delivery teams in complex domains and/or large organizations.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Willingness to learn new skills, try new approaches, and share knowledge and experience.
