Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and develop technical solutions to meet business requirements.
- Lead day-to-day system development and maintenance activities.
- Deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions with faster time-to-market.
- Take accountability for the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Perform system maintenance and production incident management.
- Select appropriate technical frameworks and delivery methodologies.
- Participate in Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and vendor evaluations.
- Conduct knowledge sessions and mentor team members.
- Promote and follow Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) processes.
- Coordinate offshore development activities and manage team execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in software engineering.
- Proficiency in Hadoop, Python, Spark, Unix, and Oracle.
- Experience in delivering secure solutions, preferably in the Financial Services domain.
- Strong understanding of software engineering concepts and methodologies.
- Ability to work with multiple frameworks and technologies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
