Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership across multiple engineering teams.
- Lead the design and development of large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
- Act as a hands-on contributor tackling complex engineering challenges.
- Define and guide architectural standards aligned with security and performance.
- Mentor engineers through code and design reviews.
- Improve and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient development workflows.
- Drive automation and high-quality release practices.
- Enhance system observability and monitoring.
- Lead incident resolution and root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities and assess impact.
- Coordinate with global teams while maintaining strong documentation.
- Continuously improve engineering processes and coding standards.
Requirements
- 10 to 15 years of experience in software development using Java.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in delivering secure solutions in the Financial Services Sector.
- Strong hands-on experience designing and building large-scale distributed systems.
- Expertise in Java 17/21, React, and NodeJS.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and API design.
- Experience with cloud-native technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proven ability to influence technical direction across teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with AI-driven systems is a strong plus.
- Education in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, or Engineering.
