Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce architecture and hands-on development across multiple enterprise product lines.
- Design data models, account and opportunity structures, sales processes, role hierarchies, record types, permission models, and sharing rules.
- Build Salesforce capabilities using Flow, validation rules, approval processes, custom objects, page layouts, reports, and dashboards.
- Design lead-to-cash workflows covering quoting, contracting, orders, service delivery, entitlements, renewals, and revenue-management integrations.
- Build and maintain integrations with NetSuite, BigQuery, contract-management platforms, and other operational systems.
- Establish sandbox governance, source control, automated testing, deployment pipelines, release controls, rollback practices, documentation, and operational runbooks.
- Build secure MCP servers and integrations for approved CRM data and actions in AI assistants and agentic workflows.
- Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, Legal, Security, and IT to prioritize platform investments.
- Lead production issue resolution, vendor escalations, platform-risk management, and the long-term support model.
Requirements
- At least eight years of experience in Salesforce engineering, administration, or architecture.
- Experience leading or playing a major technical role in implementing and operating a complex Salesforce environment.
- Advanced proficiency with Salesforce declarative capabilities, including Flow, validation rules, approval processes, record types, permission models, and sharing rules.
- Hands-on ability to read, write, test, and review Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components.
- Experience designing Salesforce data and security models for multiple business units, product lines, or sales processes.
- Strong understanding of lead-to-cash processes, including opportunities, quoting, contracting, orders, fulfillment or service delivery, renewals, and finance-system handoffs.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise platforms through REST or SOAP APIs, event-driven patterns, middleware, or integration platforms.
- Experience building AI assistants, agents, or MCP integrations that securely use enterprise data and actions.
- Ability to communicate architecture decisions and technical tradeoffs to business and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and lead complex work across several teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred qualifications include Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer, Application Architect, or System Architect credentials.
- Preferred experience includes Salesforce environment management, automated testing, source control, CI/CD, release management, ERP or enterprise data-platform integrations, Workato, Celigo, MuleSoft, CPQ, subscription renewals, contract-lifecycle workflows, and controlled environments such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2.
