Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines that ingest, transform, and deliver trusted data across enterprise platforms.
- Build scalable data products using structured and semi-structured data for reporting, analytics, machine learning, and business applications.
- Apply cloud-based data engineering technologies including Databricks, AWS, Python, SQL, and data orchestration tools.
- Participate in data quality validation, monitoring, testing, and documentation activities.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, architects, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Explore AI-assisted engineering, automation, and modern data platforms while developing data exploration, engineering, and analysis skills.
Requirements
- Be a current sophomore graduating in December 2028 or May 2029, or a current junior graduating in December 2027 or May 2028.
- Have exposure to programming using Python and SQL.
- Understand databases, data structures, and data processing concepts.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, distributed data processing, or modern data engineering technologies such as AWS, Databricks, Spark, or Snowflake is preferred.
- Demonstrate analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, communication, curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
- Be eligible to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
