Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead development and end-to-end technical implementation of high-complexity applications within a larger ecosystem.
- Implement sophisticated agentic systems as secure, scalable, production-ready code.
- Coach teammates on AI-native technical delivery and AI-assisted coding.
- Act as the primary peer quality gate and enforce OutSystems development standards.
- Contribute to security and governance protocols for AI agents and LLM data privacy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of OutSystems experience.
- 5+ years of enterprise software development experience.
- Deep knowledge of agentic process design and vector database integration.
- Advanced prompt-engineering proficiency for designing reliable AI solutions.
- OutSystems Expert Developer certification.
- Agentic AI Specialist certification.
- U.S. citizenship is strictly required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance and complete a federal background investigation.
