Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and operate highly available, scalable, and fault-tolerant distributed systems and microservices.
- Work across control-plane, connectivity, distributed-systems data-plane, and Linux daemon technologies.
- Contribute across product conceptualization, definition, design, development, launch, and operational maturity.
- Develop load and performance tests, observability through alarms and telemetry, runbooks, troubleshooting automation, and incident-response processes.
- Implement replication, synchronization, redundancy, automatic failover, retries, circuit breakers, timeouts, and recovery-oriented capabilities.
- Improve reliability, delivery velocity, operational efficiency, customer outcomes, and engineering productivity.
- Apply AI-assisted and agentic approaches to automate development, testing, troubleshooting, operations, and documentation workflows.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with systems or application development.
- At least 3 years of experience with distributed systems or backend development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
- Proficiency with data structures, algorithms, and operating systems.
- Experience with distributed systems, including CAP theorem, consensus, messaging, and high availability.
- Willingness to learn and responsibly apply AI/LLM tools, skills, and automation.
- Hands-on, adaptable, self-motivated approach and ability to learn new tools.

- US hiring range is $79,200 to $209,500 per annum, with possible bonus and equity.
