Responsibilities
- Functionally lead three specialists through skill development, resource planning, goal setting, and team development.
- Own gateway architectures, the Gateway Management Portal, and technical delivery across presales, architecture, implementation, lifecycle, support, and escalations.
- Define quality standards and operational guidelines, maintain documentation, and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage suppliers, represent technical interests, and support customers through presales activities and demonstrations.
- Coordinate internal and customer requests, commitments, costs, and priorities with Product Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a university or university of applied sciences in computer science, or a comparable qualification.
- Five to eight years of experience in connected solutions, technical delivery, or IoT.
- Very strong networking knowledge and practical cybersecurity experience, including secure network architecture design and operation.
- Experience with embedded hardware and embedded systems in operational environments and with process-oriented quality improvement.
- Experience in customer-oriented roles, supplier collaboration, and commercial activities such as quotations and tenders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example, develop a team, and foster an open, learning-oriented culture.
- Analytical, decisive, communicative, trustworthy, solution-oriented, structured, and independently responsible working style.
- Very good German and English; French is an advantage.
- Cisco CCNA is an advantage.
