Responsibilities
- Develop and improve multi-agent features and conceive new GenAI product capabilities.
- Build AI features on top of Pigment’s deterministic, auditable computation engine and data visualizations.
- Work across the stack with frontend, backend, infrastructure, and CI teams.
- Translate user needs into simple, durable technical solutions for an actively used business planning platform.
- Contribute to high-test-coverage product development and refinement of rolled-out features.
Requirements
- MS or Ph.D. in Computer Science, or experience writing production-grade code.
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or C#, Java, Node.js, or an equivalent language.
- Hands-on experience prompting large language models through tools or implemented GenAI features.
- Knowledge of recent agent developments is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Product-oriented approach to translating user needs into technical solutions.
- Bonus experience with Kubernetes, LangGraph, complex LLM products, or evaluation pipelines.
