Responsibilities

  • Develop and improve multi-agent features and conceive new GenAI product capabilities.
  • Build AI features on top of Pigment’s deterministic, auditable computation engine and data visualizations.
  • Work across the stack with frontend, backend, infrastructure, and CI teams.
  • Translate user needs into simple, durable technical solutions for an actively used business planning platform.
  • Contribute to high-test-coverage product development and refinement of rolled-out features.

Requirements

  • MS or Ph.D. in Computer Science, or experience writing production-grade code.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and/or C#, Java, Node.js, or an equivalent language.
  • Hands-on experience prompting large language models through tools or implemented GenAI features.
  • Knowledge of recent agent developments is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Product-oriented approach to translating user needs into technical solutions.
  • Bonus experience with Kubernetes, LangGraph, complex LLM products, or evaluation pipelines.
