Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and execute comprehensive testing strategies for complex enterprise applications.
- Perform manual and automated functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Robot Framework, Playwright, and/or Selenium.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and build reusable automation assets.
- Conduct API testing using Postman, REST Assured, SoapUI, or similar tools.
- Manage defects through identification, documentation, triage, root cause analysis, and resolution validation.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, business analysts, and project teams to resolve quality concerns.
- Communicate testing progress, quality risks, defects, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support multiple applications, projects, products, and business domains as priorities evolve.
- Contribute to Agile and DevOps testing practices and continuous quality improvement.
Requirements
- 7–15 years of experience in Quality Assurance with strong hands-on test automation expertise.
- Strong experience in quality engineering, test planning, test design, and test execution for complex enterprise applications.
- Experience with manual and automated testing across functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end scenarios.
- Experience with Robot Framework, Playwright, Selenium, or another automation framework.
- Experience integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong API testing experience with Postman, REST Assured, SoapUI, or similar tools.
- Programming or scripting experience with Java, Python, JavaScript, or SQL.
- Experience with Git and GitHub, test management tools such as Jira or TestRail, and build or deployment tools such as Maven or Jenkins.
- Strong understanding of defect management, triage, and root cause analysis.
- Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, learn new technologies quickly, and support changing priorities.
- Preferred experience includes performance or load testing with JMeter or LoadRunner, Azure, Kafka testing, accessibility or security testing, event-driven architectures, transportation or logistics environments, and AI-assisted testing tools.
