Base Salary
$250k - $350k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own and lead engineering projects across Auctor’s software offerings
- Build retrieval systems over large corpora of enterprise documents
- Develop backend infrastructure for AI-powered collaborative workflows
- Build multi-step planning agents for enterprise project management
- Implement enterprise-grade security for sensitive organizational data
- Evaluate LLMs across document generation and synthesis tasks
- Build data ingestion pipelines from enterprise integrations such as Confluence, Jira, and SharePoint
- Collaborate with operations, go-to-market, and deployed services teams
Requirements
- 4+ years of post-BS/MS backend-focused software engineering experience on product-centric teams
- Track record of building fast-growing SaaS products
- Experience building backend platforms that support multiple product lines
- Strong programming skills and general computer science knowledge
- Experience architecting scalable systems for rapid growth and enterprise-level traffic
- Experience working at early-stage startups is a plus
