Responsibilities

Build and maintain products and platform components on top of ElevenLabs’ voice models.
Ship end-to-end features across front-end and back-end systems and help set product direction.
Collaborate with Engineering, Growth, Sales, internal teams, and partner customers to solve important problems and workflows.
Scope and build proof-of-concept products that may scale into new markets.
Improve existing products through UX changes, new functionality, and integrations with consumer and enterprise solutions.
Maintain and strengthen internal infrastructure so products remain live, performant, and secure.
Collect, manage, and process large-scale datasets supporting future voice models.

Expertise in Python.
Experience with web development using TypeScript and React.
Familiarity with common software and system design patterns, APIs, cloud infrastructure tools, storage solutions, and data structures.
Ability to demonstrate difficult problem-solving through artifacts such as projects, designs, or GitHub contributions.
Test design and security awareness are bonuses.
No formal experience, certifications, or degrees are required.
