Responsibilities
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable software using the company’s technology stack.
- Build and deliver product features end-to-end with engineers and cross-functional partners.
- Develop across the full stack using Python, JavaScript, frontend frameworks, APIs, databases, and messaging systems.
- Participate in code reviews and write unit and integration tests.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and QA to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Contribute to deployment pipelines and maintain a reliable delivery process.
- Investigate and resolve production and staging issues and bugs.
- Maintain documentation for features, services, and technical decisions.
- Participate in sprint planning, grooming, retrospectives, and other agile activities.
- Optimize system performance and evaluate technical trade-offs.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience as a software engineer, preferably in a full-stack role.
- Proficiency in Python with Flask or FastAPI and JavaScript ES6+.
- Experience with React, Angular, or Vue and building or consuming REST APIs.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL or relational databases and hands-on experience with RabbitMQ.
- Experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions.
- Familiarity with observability tools including ELK, Datadog, Splunk, or New Relic.
- Understanding of modular and scalable system design, object-oriented programming, design patterns, and distributed systems concepts.
- Experience implementing unit and integration tests and following TDD/BDD practices.
- Ability to debug moderately complex systems and optimize performance.
- Familiarity with Celery, asynchronous task processing, Kubernetes, Airflow, frontend security practices, Agile/Scrum, and LLD/HLD documentation.
- B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent experience relevant to the functional area.
