Responsibilities
- Collaborate with end users and team leads to understand and evaluate business requirements.
- Design, develop, implement, test, maintain, troubleshoot, and debug applications and websites supporting internal business processes.
- Identify application errors, resolve issues, and provide production support for existing systems.
- Support software implementations by providing training and operational support to staff.
- Analyze data and recommend improvements to systems and processes.
- Gather and document system requirements and deliver code releases using software development life cycle methodologies.
Requirements
- A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and two years of related community work or community-centered activities experience, or a high school graduation/equivalent and six years of such experience, or equivalent education and experience.
- At least one year of experience related to the described duties is required.
