Responsibilities
- Design and build multi-agent AI systems for planning, reasoning, collaboration, and task execution.
- Develop LLM-powered applications, agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, tool-using agents, copilots, and autonomous assistants.
- Implement memory mechanisms, knowledge graphs, vector stores, and multi-agent collaboration protocols.
- Optimize LLM systems through fine-tuning, prompt engineering, prompt chaining, caching, context management, and token optimization.
- Deploy scalable AI solutions using MLOps and LLMOps practices, including monitoring, evaluation, and guardrails.
- Ensure AI safety, governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
- Translate business workflows into production agent pipelines and balance latency, cost, and accuracy.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Generative AI is required.
- 3–8 years of experience in AI/ML with a strong focus on Generative AI.
- Strong Python development skills.
- Experience building multi-agent orchestration systems, autonomous systems, copilots, and API-driven tool-integrated AI agents.
- Experience with agent planning approaches such as ReAct, Plan-and-Execute, and Tree of Thought.
- Experience with LLM evaluation frameworks including RAGAS, TruLens, and Promptfoo.
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, FAISS, Pinecone, and Weaviate.
- Experience with cloud platforms, with Azure OpenAI preferred and AWS or GCP acceptable.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of graph-based reasoning, knowledge graphs, prompt optimization, chain-of-thought reasoning, tool augmentation, context management, and token optimization.
- Domain experience in industrial, energy, or IoT environments is relevant.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
