Responsibilities
- Drive the design, development, and delivery of critical product features across multiple domains.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate architectural vision and product roadmaps into scalable software solutions.
- Lead platform modernization, scaling, and re-architecture initiatives.
- Perform hands-on development and technical problem-solving using Java, Spring Boot, Python, Angular, and React.
- Influence technical direction and architectural decisions through practical implementation and technical expertise.
- Champion reactive/non-blocking programming, contract-first API design, and engineering best practices.
- Mentor peers, share technical knowledge, and contribute thought leadership to engineering standards and technical vision.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
- 14+ years of software engineering experience with deep full-stack development and architecture expertise.
- Strong expertise in Java, Python, SQL, Oracle, Snowflake, Angular, and React.
- Experience with cloud platforms, containers, and microservices architecture.
- Experience with emerging technologies, including GenAI integration.
- Experience implementing machine learning models for enterprise applications.
- Understanding of performance, scalability, resiliency, and security tradeoffs.
- Proven record delivering large-scale, high-impact products in complex environments and implementing large-scale enterprise applications.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence across multiple teams.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentorship experience.
