Responsibilities

  • Develop, design, code, debug, maintain, test, implement, and validate applications throughout the software development life cycle.
  • Develop basic front-end or back-end code for internal and external client software solutions under direction.
  • Analyze existing applications and formulate logic, procedures, flowcharts, and code for new applications.
  • Assist with application documentation, testing, validation, and corrective measures for basic code deficiencies.
  • Maintain programming documentation and recommend changes to development, maintenance, and system standards.
  • Develop application implementation plans and create required project deliverables.
  • Apply procedures, methodologies, application standards, and Payment Card Industry security compliance practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business/Management Information Systems, or a related field.
  • No prior experience is required; basic knowledge of two or more modern programming languages, APIs, external services, and relational and NoSQL databases is expected.
  • Preferred qualifications include professional experience coding, designing, developing, and analyzing data.
  • Ability to work with routine problems under detailed instructions and apply standard practices and procedures.
