Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade SharePoint Online and custom SharePoint solutions.
  • Build reusable web parts, extensions, workflows, and modern SharePoint sites using SPFx and modern web technologies.
  • Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform, Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, and third-party APIs.
  • Gather stakeholder requirements, manage feedback, support deployment, and deliver solutions for business processes and collaboration.
  • Troubleshoot and debug SharePoint and Microsoft 365 environments while addressing performance, security, compliance, governance, and role-based access control.
  • Design scalable, secure, maintainable, user-friendly, and performance-optimized SharePoint components.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline such as BE, B.Tech, MCA, or B.Sc IT.
  • 5–8 years of hands-on SharePoint development experience, including Modern SharePoint Online and custom SharePoint solutions.
  • Experience delivering advanced SharePoint customizations in enterprise or large-scale environments.
  • Strong expertise in SharePoint Online, Modern Sites, Communication Sites, Team Sites, SharePoint Lists, Libraries, Permissions, Content Types, and Metadata.
  • Proficiency with SPFx, JSON, JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI frameworks, preferably React.
  • Experience with REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, Power Apps, Power Automate, custom workflows, and third-party API integrations.
  • Knowledge of C#/.NET for legacy or custom SharePoint solutions, plus SharePoint architecture, security, governance, compliance, and role-based access control.
  • Strong English communication, troubleshooting, debugging, problem-solving, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Preferred experience with Copilot for Microsoft 365, ChatGPT, AI-assisted development workflows, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure AD, SharePoint migrations, governance, and automation.
