Responsibilities
- Build and maintain features across React.js front ends and .NET 10/C# back ends.
- Write clean, tested, and documented code for scoped tickets and features.
- Use AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools.
- Participate in code reviews and collaborate with senior engineers and architects.
- Work with QA/SDET teams to fix defects and improve test coverage.
- Contribute bug fixes and small enhancements across business-unit applications.
- Maintain parity with legacy system behavior where required.
- Develop and maintain automated tests and perform regression testing.
- Learn application portfolios and understand technical requirements and implementation approaches.
Requirements
- Up to 6 years of professional software development experience.
- Good understanding of React.js, including components, hooks, and basic state management.
- Good understanding of .NET/C#, with exposure to .NET 10 or willingness to learn it.
- Good understanding of SQL Server, relational databases, REST APIs, and full-stack web application architecture.
- Hands-on exposure to Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, or similar AI-assisted development tools, or strong willingness to adopt them.
- Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
- Ability to work effectively with and learn from senior engineers.
- Exposure to legacy .NET Framework or Web Forms, React.js or .NET academic/personal projects, Git-based workflows, CI/CD pipelines, application modernization, automated testing, or regression testing is preferred.
