Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the entire lifecycle of features from conception to deployment.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to understand customer needs.
- Architect scalable and maintainable systems and data models.
- Mentor and support less experienced engineers through direct feedback.
- Coordinate multi-team deliverables and resolve technical blockers.
- Define and uphold engineering excellence and technical standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product leadership and translating business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Strong background in system architecture and scalable system design.
- Experience with frontend and backend development best practices.
- Familiarity with observability, SRE practices, and incident management.
- Ability to mentor and influence engineering teams effectively.
- Interest in AI-augmented workflows and modern development practices.
