Responsibilities
- Lead the transition from automated to AI- and LLM-led localization workflows, initially focused on product UI.
- Extend the AI-led pipeline model across online documentation, marketing, and other content areas.
- Define technical standards, system hygiene practices, engineering documentation, and governance.
- Build AI-powered reporting and operational intelligence.
- Own hands-on delivery of key initiatives while directing contracted and distributed engineering partners.
- Provide strategic architectural direction for Tenable’s multilingual content delivery platform.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience integrating LLMs, ideally Claude/Anthropic, and agentic steps into engineering workflows.
- Ability to design event-driven, API-first translation infrastructure integrating repositories, CMS platforms, databases, and translation engines.
- Strong internationalization and localization engineering knowledge, including string externalization, relevant frameworks, localization file formats, and encoding conventions.
- Understanding of translation management systems, translation memory, machine translation, and modern integration frameworks.
- Good understanding of CI/CD and DevOps frameworks and principles.
- Strong scripting ability in JavaScript, Python, and Regex.
- Ability to design scalable solutions across content types and delivery channels.
- Strong communication, documentation, knowledge-transfer, and distributed-team collaboration skills.
- Curiosity about rapidly changing AI tooling and a drive to continue learning.
