Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship end-to-end AI-powered features for a new product.
- Develop scalable backend APIs, microservices, and LLM orchestration layers.
- Design and integrate agentic workflows, retrieval systems, and model-orchestration pipelines.
- Build evaluation frameworks to test and improve model performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers on technical and AI strategy.
- Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code around probabilistic and AI components.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and pair programming.
- Mentor junior engineers and help improve engineering and AI-quality standards.
Requirements
- Experience building or shipping features using LLMs, agents, embeddings, or similar AI tooling.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and applied AI/ML judgment.
- Ability to design reliable, scalable, and maintainable AI-powered systems.
- Comfort working with ambiguous problems and shaping technical approaches.
- Interest in learning new AI techniques, models, and domains.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and mentor other engineers.
