Responsibilities
- Develop JVM applications using Java or Kotlin within a cross-functional team.
- Drive the design and implementation of systems while understanding the context behind technical decisions.
- Improve systems and ways of working through test-driven development and pair programming.
- Mentor and coach other members of the department.
Requirements
- Strong back-end experience with Java or Kotlin.
- At least 5 years of experience with Java or Kotlin programming languages.
- In-depth hands-on experience working in a cross-functional agile development team.
- At least 3 years of practical experience with test-driven development.
- Interest in pair programming.
