Responsibilities
- Develop, code, enhance, and support custom software components across systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges affecting critical business systems.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.
- Apply application monitoring, performance tuning, incident management, and troubleshooting practices.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Provide solutions for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Act as a subject matter expert and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Help manage team performance and take responsibility for team decisions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 5 years of experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) is stated in the additional information.
