Responsibilities
- Support development of Appian applications for workflow and process automation.
- Translate business requirements into Appian interfaces, process models, rules, records, and integrations.
- Participate in implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities.
- Support integrations between Appian and external systems.
- Assist with Appian environment setup and configuration in cloud and on-premises environments.
- Collaborate with senior developers, consultants, architects, and client teams.
- Contribute to project documentation and knowledge sharing.
- Apply Appian best practices and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and project delivery activities.
Requirements
- Up to 2 years of Appian development experience and first hands-on project experience with Appian technologies.
- Basic understanding of Appian architecture and core platform capabilities.
- Exposure to Appian integrations with external systems.
- Initial Appian cloud or on-premises setup experience is advantageous.
- Appian Associate Designer certification.
- Familiarity with Scrum or Agile delivery methods is advantageous.
- Fluent German and English communication skills, with German at minimum C1 level.
- Java development knowledge is advantageous.
- Curiosity, willingness to learn, and a collaborative mindset.
