Responsibilities
- Lead the design, build, deployment, validation, and observability of agentic AI solutions in enterprise customer environments.
- Design AI agent intelligence, prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and integrations with customer systems.
- Build and integrate data pipelines using Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer data platforms.
- Lead proofs of concept and minimum viable products from concept to deployable solutions.
- Track agent performance, deployment health, and business outcomes through dashboards and KPI reporting.
- Mentor junior engineers, enable customer and partner teams, surface platform gaps, and translate customer challenges into production solutions.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with multiple production systems.
- Extensive customer-facing technical delivery experience in consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering.
- Fluency in at least two of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
- Deep hands-on LLM and prompt-engineering experience, with expert knowledge of data modeling, APIs, and integration patterns.
- Ability to lead technical discussions with customer architects and executive stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and at least one of German or French, spoken and written.
- Preferred qualifications include Salesforce Platform Developer I, Agentforce Specialist, or Architect-level certifications; LangChain or LlamaIndex experience; cloud data platform expertise; and experience in data engineering, platform architecture, or headless deployments.
