Base Salary
$87k - $266k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own complete technical solution design for Agentforce agents, topics, instructions, actions, automations, deployment methods, and supporting data structures.
- Design scalable Salesforce Data 360 architectures, including data ingestion, DLOs, DMOs, identity resolution, real-time activation, grounding, retrievers, and search indexes.
- Define Salesforce integrations with third-party systems and guide projects from design through development, testing, and deployment.
- Lead design reviews, code reviews, mentoring, technical standards, testing and evaluation approaches, guardrails, and Einstein Trust Layer considerations.
- Collaborate directly with customers, project managers, architects, developers, designers, and other delivery team members.
- Create reusable delivery assets, monitor new Salesforce and AI capabilities, maintain applicable Salesforce certifications, and evangelize in the Salesforce community.
- Travel up to 25% for customer projects and company events and maintain a valid passport while employed.
Requirements
- 6+ years of application and software development experience.
- 4+ years of Salesforce experience in a development or technical architecture role.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proficiency in Apex and JavaScript, with working knowledge of languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Experience with Salesforce Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce; Agentforce agents, workflows, and automations; Salesforce Data 360; and REST API integrations.
- Understanding of front-end web development, source control and branching or pull request strategies, CI/CD solutions, DevOps principles, and communication with both technical and executive audiences.
- Preferred qualifications include Agentic AI and generative AI experience, Data 360 advanced capabilities, Agentforce Agent Script, relevant Salesforce or Claude certifications, consulting or professional services delivery, additional Salesforce Clouds, Enhanced Chat, Omni-channel, Amazon Connect, AWS or GCP architecture, AWS Lambda, and Claude Code or similar AI coding agents.
