Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions while leading teams through design and delivery.
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of testing frameworks and processes aligned with project goals.
- Develop comprehensive functional, regression, performance, and end-to-end testing strategies.
- Define and monitor testing KPIs, manage test execution, and facilitate defect resolution.
- Act as a subject matter expert, make team decisions, collaborate across multiple teams, and provide solutions to complex problems.
- Mentor team members and coordinate cross-functional communication throughout project delivery.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong knowledge of functional, regression, and performance testing methodologies.
- Experience with automation tools and frameworks for testing.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and design effective end-to-end test strategies.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- 15 years of full-time education.
