Responsibilities
- Create comprehensive feature test plans aligned with development milestones.
- Use and enhance automation frameworks and libraries to support new functionality.
- Own the complete test execution cycle for user stories.
- Perform automated, manual, white-box, and black-box testing.
- Create, maintain, and document testbed setups and environments.
- Report, track, and update issues and test cases using management tools.
- Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle to meet quality benchmarks.
Requirements
- B.Tech, B.E., M.E., or M.Tech in Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Strong expertise in Windows/Linux, file systems, and operating-system concepts.
- Strong understanding of threading, multiprocessing, socket programming, networking, and cloud architecture fundamentals.
- Proficiency in Python or Java, with Python preferred, plus strong shell scripting ability.
- Hands-on experience with SQL databases, REST API testing, backend automation, Git, Jira, and XRay.
- Understanding of Docker or Kubernetes and experience with NoSQL systems such as MongoDB or Cassandra are desirable.
- Experience testing workloads on AWS or Azure, including resource setup, debugging, and monitoring with CloudWatch, is desirable.
