Base Salary
$150k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Engineer solutions at client sites by deploying and customizing AI research workflows.
- Drive product innovation by identifying technical gaps and implementing new capabilities.
- Build complex integrations with client data infrastructure and research tools.
- Optimize platform performance for client-specific use cases.
- Bridge field and product by rotating between forward deployed work and core platform development.
- Own critical deployments to ensure platform reliability for clients' research operations.
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of software engineering experience in enterprise environments.
- Client-facing technical experience in roles like Forward Deployed Engineer or Solutions Engineer.
- Strong full-stack development skills in Python/TypeScript.
- Expertise in enterprise integration and data security requirements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for C-level executives.
- Willingness to travel 30-50% for on-site client engagements.
