Base Salary
$238k - $302k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable backend services and APIs that power in-car features.
- Architect high-availability systems for real-time synchronization between the cloud and vehicles.
- Collaborate with Android client engineers and product teams to define data contracts.
- Optimize data pipelines for low-latency delivery in varying network conditions.
- Manage the full software development life-cycle of backend services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience on backend systems.
- Proficiency in C++, Java, or Go with a strong understanding of concurrent programming.
- Experience designing and implementing distributed systems and robust APIs.
- Experience leading technical designs and mentoring other engineers.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
