Responsibilities
- Interact with customers via phone and email to resolve their issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer problems.
- Maintain case ownership and provide regular updates to customers.
- Meet and exceed customer account needs while enhancing service delivery.
- Work independently and collaboratively to find solutions.
- Develop expertise in assigned customer environments.
- Keep current on software releases and updates.
- Maintain accurate reports and client documentation.
- Architect Commvault solutions to meet customer needs.
- Contribute to the development of software best practices.
Requirements
- BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Support or System Administration.
- Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with modern Operating Systems and Networking Concepts.
- Solid understanding of Commvault solutions.
- Knowledge of backup theory and data management fundamentals.
- Strong customer service ethic and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Enjoy working in a highly technical team environment.
