Responsibilities
- Design and deliver features that drive operational excellence and onboard new customers.
- Design, implement, and enhance data pipelines, CI/CD pipelines, APIs, agents, monitoring, and content-provider onboarding capabilities.
- Create architectural designs with light input and implement them.
- Work within a 5–7 person software scrum team in an Agile environment.
- Use and build CI/CD pipelines and simple infrastructure delivery solutions.
- Provide production support for live services and application frameworks.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Experience with Python and GHA.
- Experience with modern development workflows, including version control, unit testing, and code reviews.
- Experience working in a DevOps environment with operational support for live services and application frameworks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate across time zones, including the US.
- A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field, or related experience.
- Preferred experience with Airflow, BigQuery, Kafka, AWS, GCP, SLOs/SLIs, and HTTP caching software and services such as Varnish, Squid, or nginx.
