Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy full-stack applications using modern frameworks and cloud-native architectures.
Own features or modules from requirements through production release and post-deployment support.
Translate business and technical requirements into robust, maintainable, and scalable solutions.
Apply code quality, automated testing, security, performance, code review, architectural, documentation, and technical-debt practices.
Use the AI-assisted engineering workbench for story refinement, code generation, test generation, review support, and documentation.
Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, release automation, secure coding, access controls, and vulnerability management.
Work with architects, business analysts, designers, clients, and other stakeholders in cross-functional delivery teams.
Review code, mentor junior developers, and recommend improvements to tools, frameworks, and engineering approaches.

At least 3 years of hands-on full-stack software development experience delivering production software.
Strong front-end experience with React, TypeScript, or modern JavaScript frameworks.
Solid back-end development experience with Node.js, Java, Kotlin, Python, or .NET.
Experience designing and consuming APIs and working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
Working knowledge of at least one of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and modern development workflows.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work in cross-functional, client-facing teams.
Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Preferred experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AI coding assistants or agentic development workflows, Singapore Public Sector or regulated-enterprise delivery, and observability or telemetry tooling.
Interest in progressing toward a technical lead or architect track.
