Responsibilities
- Design and maintain scalable APIs and backend services supporting high-volume, real-time interactions.
- Optimize systems for low latency, high availability, reliability, and seamless scalability under heavy load.
- Contribute to technical designs and architectural decisions for complex online systems.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and external partners.
- Mentor junior engineers and help shape technical best practices.
- Identify potential issues and develop practical solutions to improve tools, processes, and systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience building and maintaining complex online systems at scale.
- Strong skills in high-performance server development and API design.
- Ability to guide architectural decisions and make independent technical decisions.
- Adaptability to work in different programming languages; experience with Go is a plus.
- Clear communication, cross-functional collaboration, and mentoring skills.
