Responsibilities
- Design and implement runtime guardrails and safety architectures for LLM and agentic AI systems.
- Lead red-teaming and adversarial testing for jailbreaks, prompt injections, and trust-boundary violations.
- Translate AI regulations and governance frameworks into enforceable engineering controls.
- Develop fairness, bias, model evaluation, hallucination-detection, groundedness-validation, and subgroup-performance pipelines.
- Establish observability, structured logging, audit trails, governance metrics, and incident-response processes.
- Present technical AI risks and recommendations to business leaders and senior client stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience in software engineering or ML engineering with hands-on AI safety, governance, or trust-engineering experience.
- Experience building and deploying LLM or agentic AI systems in enterprise or regulated environments.
- Strong expertise in at least two areas including guardrails engineering, red teaming, bias/fairness evaluation, and AI regulatory compliance.
- Working knowledge of frameworks such as the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, or sector-specific compliance standards.
- Strong Python programming skills and experience building evaluation pipelines, observability systems, or AI governance tooling.
- Ability to collaborate with security, legal, and risk stakeholders and communicate technical risks to business leaders.
- Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills.
- Preferred experience conducting production AI red-team assessments, remediating vulnerabilities, creating audit-ready governance documentation, and integrating evaluation and monitoring into CI/CD workflows.
- Exposure to NeMo Guardrails, Giskard, Arize, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar enterprise AI tooling.
