Responsibilities
- Translate product requirements into executable engineering tasks with the Product Management team.
- Develop, enhance, optimize, test, and deploy Corrigo platform features.
- Design, build, and productionize AI agents and LLM-powered workflows for work order triage, routing, search, diagnostics, and maintenance recommendations.
- Integrate agentic automation with existing services, APIs, and data pipelines while addressing reliability, cost, latency, and safety.
- Evaluate and adopt AI coding tools and agentic development workflows, including code generation, AI-assisted testing, and automated code review.
- Build evaluation and test harnesses for AI-driven features and write maintainable code.
- Troubleshoot and independently resolve complex platform and AI agent issues.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to knowledge sharing on AI engineering, prompt design, and agentic architecture.
- Support the customer service team with escalated issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 6 years of professional experience developing SaaS/PaaS products, including recent hands-on experience building AI-powered or LLM-integrated features.
- Expertise in at least one of frontend or backend development.
- Practical experience with prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, function or tool calling, or agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel.
- Daily hands-on use of AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code, with the ability to validate generated output.
- Ability to design observable, testable, and safe AI agent workflows with guardrails for model errors and unexpected behavior.
- Understanding of business requirements and ability to translate them into technical designs.
- Experience designing and developing relational databases.
- Working knowledge of cloud technologies, including deployment and monitoring of AI/ML-adjacent services.
- Working knowledge of DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to design testable functionality and develop robust tests and evaluation sets.
- Experience with .NET Framework or .NET 8, ASP.NET Core or .NET Core MVC, ORM frameworks, API development, LLM provider APIs, vector databases, asynchronous processing, distributed applications, caching, Azure, NoSQL databases, Elasticsearch, Kubernetes, Docker, React, or Angular is desirable.
- Experience with APIs that expose or orchestrate AI agent capabilities and familiarity with agile methodologies are desirable.
