Responsibilities
- Lead 1–2 engineers through code reviews, architectural direction, mentoring, and hands-on delivery of full-stack applications.
- Design and build agentic AI workflows, LLM-integrated automation, RAG pipelines, autonomous agents, and AI-assisted developer workflows.
- Architect automated unit, integration, and end-to-end testing suites using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, and PyTest.
- Design, champion, and improve CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows.
- Build and optimize containerized microservices using Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Terraform, and cloud-native architectures.
- Collaborate with product management, QA, and infrastructure teams on business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate emerging AI, machine learning, and agentic automation technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive full-stack software development and/or automation engineering experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a technical lead or team lead capacity.
- Strong proficiency in Python or Java and the ability to architect complex enterprise-grade systems.
- Hands-on experience with agentic AI development, LLM integration, and prompt engineering using tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or the OpenAI API.
- Experience building RAG pipelines, autonomous agents, or AI-assisted developer workflows for production engineering environments.
- Deep experience with containerized applications, Kubernetes, CI/CD platforms, Docker, Helm, and Terraform.
- Ability to design and deliver automated testing frameworks and workflow orchestration solutions.
- Familiarity with Kafka or RabbitMQ, financial services or regulated industries, security and compliance practices, Datadog, Splunk, or Grafana is preferred.
- Experience contributing to Agile/Scrum ceremonies and technical roadmaps is preferred.
