
Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer

Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, enhancement, and support of scalable full-stack applications for Liquidity Financing using Java, Spring Boot, SQL, Angular, and Python.
- Translate business requirements into user stories, process flows, technical designs, and resilient end-to-end software solutions.
- Deliver reliable, maintainable, secure applications across frontend and backend layers supporting financing workflows and operational efficiency.
- Apply AI-enabled coding tools and engineering practices to improve delivery speed, code quality, testing, and developer productivity.
- Drive software lifecycle practices including architecture, coding standards, code reviews, automated testing, debugging, deployment, production support, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with business, product, architecture, infrastructure, production support, and technology teams.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentorship to developers and promote reusable solutions and modern engineering practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience with strong full-stack expertise in Java, Spring Boot, SQL, Angular, and Python.
- Experience building and supporting enterprise applications across frontend, backend, and data layers in complex, high-availability environments.
- Understanding of software engineering practices including object-oriented design, secure coding, code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, debugging, and application support.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions while balancing functionality, performance, and risk.
- Experience with or strong interest in AI-assisted development tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring engineers, providing technical leadership, and contributing to a high-performing engineering culture.
- Preferred experience in liquidity, financing, treasury, collateral, financial-services technology, financing transactions, workflow orchestration, position management, data-intensive operational processes, APIs, distributed systems, microservices, modern UI/backend integration, or regulated financial-services environments.
