Responsibilities
- Analyze client and software requirements and convert them into feasible designs.
- Design, code, test, debug, modify, and maintain .NET software programs and modules.
- Automate software validation by creating and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Investigate system issues, perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot queries, and improve system performance and availability.
- Support software installation, system modifications, continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, code comments, and project status updates.
- Coordinate with project teams, functional teams, systems analysts, engineering staff, project managers, and clients.
- Capture requirements and clarifications, gather feedback, and provide timely responses to customer requests.
- Ensure code quality, error-free delivery, adherence to release schedules, and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in continuing education and training, including completion of assigned skill-upgradation certifications.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory experience with .NET.
- Ability to analyze requirements, design and develop software, test solutions, troubleshoot issues, and document technical work.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, and engineering staff.
- Ability to support software-hardware interface evaluation and develop specifications and performance requirements.
- Commitment to customer focus, quality assurance, reporting accuracy, and on-time delivery.
